8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the LMS at our discretion, without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in unlawful activities. Termination does not affect any rights or obligations accrued before the termination date.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sage Academy Online shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the LMS, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or financial loss.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Sage Academy Online, its directors, officers, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the LMS or your breach of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the LMS shall be resolved in the courts of Victoria, Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting. Your continued use of the LMS after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review the Terms periodically for updates.
